Tem que ser lvl 15+ ( a não ser que vc utilizou uma Diff ) e não pode ser GM . 

és GM ?Se fores a duelar com alguem , metes hostil !Só se fores gm !Agora player , metes normal .

Então, têm de ter servidor sem hamachi, e depois no router abrem as portas 22 & 3306 e também no port-map (não coloquem any-ip mas sim o vosso ip) ...
Para que é que vocês vão abrir, as portas?
Assim, a vossa equipa conecta-sse ao putty // navicat // filezilla, pelo computador deles...
Apenas o servidor tem de estar ligado no vosso computador...
Para eles se conectarem, não é 192.168.*.100 , mas sim o vosso ip, podem ver em http://omeuip.com/
