O ambiente onde trabalhas é um sistema FreeBSD muito provavelmente, virtualbox só usas se quiseres emular o FreeBSD no teu pc. O navicat é um programa para conetar a um servidor MySQL. Tens que iniciar o serviço MySQL na maquina FreeBSD, algo como service mysqld start (em algumas variações de linux é assim), não tenho a certeza, mas se procurares algum tutorial de como ativar o serviço mysql no freebsd deves encontrar Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

0 TMoore 217 Posted February 23, 2015 coloquei o comando mysql start de erro 2002 (hy000)can´t conect to local mysql server througth socket ´/tmp/mysql.sock´(2) reiniciar a máquina, vê se o erro muda. normalmente essa bosta de netif restart faz isso. Se fosse o 1 seria password's, mas o 2 normalmente é o que disse acima. (quando não é, depois permite ligar corretamente o mysql e ver o erro verdadeiro).
