We have collected them all and list some important ones in today’s Q&A Session. Hope this note helps! How many servers will there be? Are we going to have SEA, NA, EU, and SA servers? Or just one server？ What is the exact time for official launch in different areas? We will deploy servers in Europe (EU), America (NA), and Japan (JP). Servers in each region will provide services to gamers across 8 time-zones. Upon logging in to the game you will receive a recommended server list based on your zone. The launch time for each region is as follows: iOS platform JP: May 30th 9:00 (UTC+9) EU: May 30th 5:30 (UTC+2) NA: May 29th 17:00 (UTC-7) Android platform JP: June 4th 9:00 (UTC+9) EU: June 4th 5:30 (UTC+2) = 8:30 da manhã em Portugal NA: June 3rd 17:00 (UTC-7) When will the test server be closed? The test server will be closed before official release. Will the test servers’ data be wiped? Yes, all the data will be erased. How many languages are available in Dawn of Isles? Will more languages be added to the game in the future (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish) ? Since the game has a huge amount of rich text content, Dawn of Isles currently features four translated versions of the game: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and English. We will consider adding more translations to the game in the future. What mobile phones can be used to play Dawn of Isles? iOS: iPhone 5s or newer with version 9.0 or higher. iPad: iPad Mini 2 or newer with version 9.0 or higher. Android: 2+GB RAM with version 4.2 or higher should work depending on device model. Will gamers playing on different platforms be able to play on the same server? Or are they are separated by platform? The servers do not have device restrictions so gamers on iOS and Android can play on the same server. Gamers from Japan can receive rewards for pre-registration, so can gamers from other countries also obtain these rewards? When the number of pre-registrations in Japan reaches the target, gamers from NA, EU, JP servers who log in to the game before July will all receive rewards. Why are the iOS and Android versions launching on different dates? Since there are so many types of Android phones in the market, we need a bit more time to ensure a great experience for gamers using as many kinds of Android phones as possible. We have also recently found some bugs in the Android test server, so we are trying our best to fix them as soon as possible for an amazing Android experience. iOS gamers have a 5-day head start, what can Android gamers do? New servers will be opened on June 4th, 2019 when the Android version is released. Both iOS gamers and Android gamers can then play on the new server from the same starting point. If new players still want to join the servers released on May 30th, is it possible for them to catch up with other gamers? There is a level catch up system in-game. For those who enter the server late, they will get bonus exp.
